Thank you for choosing My Exotic Kitchen for your cooking class experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, we kindly request that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions
Group Class Bookings
Booking and Amendments:
By booking any of our cooking classes, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Please note that we reserve the right to make amendments to the cooking class without prior notice.
Inclusions:
For your convenience, all necessary ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment, and aprons will be provided during the class.
Cooking Class Bookings and Gift Vouchers:
Payment:
To secure your place on a course, full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings and can only confirm your spot once payment is received or use valid Cooking Class Gift Voucher.

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made by customers more than 28 days before the start of the class are eligible for an offered alternative date/ class.
b. Cancellations made by customers within 28 days of the class are not entitled for reschedule / alternative date offered.
c. If you wish to postpone your class , a minimum notice of 7 days is required; otherwise, rescheduling may not be possible.
d. Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will result in no rebooking option.
e. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
f. If a course has fewer than 2 participants, we reserve the right to postpone the course and offer an alternative date.
Gift Vouchers
Terms and Conditions for My Exotic Kitchen Gift Vouchers:
Thank you for choosing My Exotic Kitchen. To ensure a seamless experience with our gift vouchers, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Gift Voucher Delivery: All My Exotic Kitchen gift vouchers will be sent exclusively via email. Please provide a valid email address during the purchase process to receive your voucher.

No Refunds: Once a gift voucher is purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Please consider your purchase carefully before proceeding.

Voucher Validity: Gift vouchers issued by My Exotic Kitchen are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. It is essential to utilize the voucher within this timeframe. Expired Vouchers CANNOT be redeemed.

Voucher Redemption: To redeem your gift voucher and secure a spot in one of our cooking classes, please book your desired class by sending an email to myexotickitchen@gmail.com. Kindly include the voucher details, such as the unique code or reference number, in your booking email.

Non-Cash Exchange: Please note that My Exotic Kitchen gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
By purchasing and using a My Exotic Kitchen gift voucher, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. For any further inquiries or assistance, please feel free to contact us via email or through our customer support channels.

Cooking party and Private Bookings
Payment:
For parties of 6 or more people, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Parties with fewer than 6 people require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Full balances must be received six weeks before the start of the course or event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the start of the class are eligible for rebooking on another date.
b. If you choose to cancel your booking, a refund will be offered, minus the non-refundable deposit.
c. Cancellations within 28 days of the class or event are not entitled to a refund.
d. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a class, a full refund will be provided within 7 days. However, we reserve the right to postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and an alternative date or course will be offered. In such cases, refunds will not be available

Special Dietary Requirements:

Please inform My Exotic Kitchen of any special dietary requirements, food allergies, or religious beliefs that may impact you’re eating habits at the time of booking.

While we are unable to tailor class content to specific dietary requirements, we will make arrangements, where possible, to accommodate your needs.

Participants with severe food allergies, such as NUTS , are advised to contact us 07305789185 or email myexotickitchen@gmail.com when making a booking to discuss the ingredients used in our kitchens. While we take precautions, we cannot be held liable for any traces that may affect a participant.
Liability:
a. My Exotic Kitchen will not be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions.
b. Parking vehicles outside the venue is done at the owner's own risk.

Special dietary requirements:
All participants must advise My Exotic Kitchen, by email myexotickitchen@gmail.com at the time of booking of any special dietary requirements, food allergies or religious beliefs that may affect their eating habits. My exotic Kitchen is unable to tailor class content for special dietary requirements, but is happy to make arrangements, where possible, to enable students to take part in the class.
Please note that the kitchens are used for many food purposes and therefore participants with severe food allergies e.g. nuts, must call Tina - 07305789185 when making a booking to discuss the ingredients used in the kitchens. We cannot be held liable for any traces found that may affect a participant.

Health and Safety:
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
b. Children between the ages of 8 and 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult who will also participate in the class . Children under 14 will have to book space and pay 50% of paying adult.

Cars are parked outside the venue at the owner’s own risk.
Copyright and Acceptable Usage
By participating, you consent to photo images being taken to be used ONLY in advertising My Exotic Kitchen social media, and website.
