About the event
The benefits of adopting a vegan lifestyle to our own personal health as well as to the fight against climate change have been well publicised of late. As a result many of us are giving up meat and switching to a plant based diet.
Our Asian Vegan cooking class is designed for those who are already vegan or looking to switch to a plant based diet and need some inspiration for unique recipe ideas. If you thought vegan dishes lack flavour then this class will make you think again as you will be introduced to some mouth watering dishes including tempe which originates from my own Sundanese culture.
You will learn to prepare and cook each dish from scratch at your own individual work station by following me with step by step instruction. At the end of the class enjoy your own cooked 3 course meal together with the other students or alternatively take your meal home with you to share with family and friends.
