VIETNAMESE CLASS - Summer Rolls & Beef Pho

Vietnamese food has grown rapidly in popularity over recent years due in particular to the notable health benefits of the region's dishes.

Less oily than Chinese, less spicy than Thai food, and not as heavy as Indian food the cuisine has roots in broths, raw food, and gluten and additive-free cooking — The distinct freshness and simplicity of Vietnamese cuisine begs you to explore deeper into the region's delightful dishes. 

Covering well known dishes from the region including Pho Bo, Vietnamese Summer Rolls,  you will learn to prepare and cook each dish from scratch at your own individual work station by following me with step by step instruction. At the end of the class enjoy your own cooked 2 course meal together with the other students or alternatively take your meal home with you to share with family and friends.
