My Exotic Kitchen – Booking Policy Thank you for booking a cooking class with us. Please read the policy below before confirming your place. 1. Booking & Payment • Full payment is required to secure your booking. • Your place is confirmed only after payment is received. • All bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. 2. Cancellations & Changes • If you cancel more than 7 days before the class, you may transfer to another available date (one time only). • Cancellations within 7 days of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable. • If you do not attend the class, no refund or transfer will be given. 3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements • Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking. • Our kitchen is not allergen-free. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination. 4. Arrival Time • Please arrive on time. Classes start promptly. • Late arrivals may miss part of the experience. 5. Minimum Numbers • We reserve the right to reschedule a class if minimum numbers are not met. An alternative date will be offered. 6. Photos & Media • We may take photos during the class for social media and marketing. • Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to appear in photos. 7. Responsibility • By booking, you agree to follow all safety and hygiene instructions during the class. • My Exotic Kitchen is not responsible for personal belongings.
