The Sauce ( Mix them in a small bowl)
1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce 1tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp of Golden Mountain sauce or Maggi seasoning
1 1/2 dark soy sauce
Recipe by Tina Stone Cooking Time : 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
160gr Protein of your choice ( Beef, Chicken or Pork) cut slice
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce for marinating the beef
4 tbsp of vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 egg
5 stalks of Kailan / Chinese brocolli
250gr fresh ho fun noodle ( Fat / wide one ) heat in a microwave for easy seperated )
1 tbsp of white sugar Ground White pepper
Chilli & Vinegar sauce -Optional ( 2pcs of chopped thai red chilli , 2 cloves of garlic- chopped, and mixed with 4tbsp rice vinegar and 1tbsp white sugar)
Method :
Here are the instructions to prepare a delicious beef and noodle dish:
In a small bowl, mix the beef, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of oil.
Heat a pan and cook the beef for 2 minutes. Once done, remove it from the heat and place it on a plate. Set aside.
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. Thinly slice the kalian/chinese broccoli.
Heat a large pan, add oil, fry the chopped garlic, and then add the egg. Cook for 1 minute.
Once the egg is cooked, add the beef and noodles (without the liquid from the beef). Cook for another 2 minutes until the noodles are coated and the beef is thoroughly mixed.
Serve with chilli vinegar and enjoy your tasty meal!
