Thai Basil and Chilli Chicken with Noodles

INGREDIENTS;
300gr Chicken ( Mix Thigh and breast )- Coarsely ground 5-10 Red Chillies
5 Cloves Of garlic 1 Big Red Chilli
50gr Long Bean Cut into small pieces Half of small onion ( diced )
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 and half of dark soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 and half of brown sugar
A handful of Thai Basil leaves 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
150gr Cooked Egg Noodle / Jasmine Rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush the garlic and chilli, can be just rough, don’t have to be a smooth paste.
In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and black
soy sauce, water and sugar.
Heat a pan or if you have wok that’s even better, add 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic and chilli paste over medium heat.
Add the chicken and mix well until the chicken is cooked. Add the mix sauce and cook for another 1 minute.
Add the onion and long bean mix well with the chicken.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves.
Serve in the plate on top of the cooked egg noodle or steamed Jasmine rice. Enjoy.!
