Spicy Sriracha Chicken Wings

Ingredients
600gr Chicken Wings
65gr tapioca Starch
Vegetable Oil for Frying the Wings ( about 500ml )
White Sesame Seeds
1 stalk of spring onion ( Cut Diagonally)
2 tbsp water
For the sauce
160ml Sriracha Sauce
60ml Golden Syrup
60ml Malt Vinegar
30ml Brown Sugar
Instructions: TO MAKE SAUCE :
Here's how to make the perfect sauce for your wings:
Heat the brown sugar in a small pan until it caramelizes (about 1 minute).
Add vinegar, golden syrup, and stir well.
Mix in the sriracha sauce.
Your delicious sauce is now ready to be used on the wings!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING WINGS:
Here are the steps to make crispy spicy wings with sriracha sauce:
In a bowl, mix the wings with tapioca starch until coated evenly. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water.
Heat up some oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry the wings for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Take the wings out of the pan and mix them with the spicy sriracha sauce you prepared earlier.
For the finishing touch, sprinkle white sesame seeds and chopped spring onions over the wings for garnish.
